Charcuterie Woo came to life on Valentine’s Day in 2021. Owner and Founder Kerry Dwyer, an ICU nurse and her husband Tommy Dwyer a local Comedian and Tech Sales Account Executive, dreamed up the idea during the COVID-19 lockdown. Kerry started making boards for her and Tommy every week for a date night; one night she posted the board on social media and it drew enough interest that her passion quickly became a business. Now Kerry makes all types of specialty boards, has a board of the month club for those that want a different type of board every month, provides large grazing tables for weddings and, with Tommy, teaches several classes a month both virtually and in person all over New England. Both from Worcester Ma, Kerry and Tommy love to support local artisans, craft makers and specialty food shops.
