Kerry & Tommy Dwyer of charCUTErie_woo will co-host this delicious Spring charcuterie workshop with Suney’s Pub and Family Restaurant. A true Penn and Teller-eqsue duo, Tommy, a Stand Up Comedian will provide you with tips tricks and laughs while Kerry, the cheese magician, will show you the techniques that will make you the hit of any party! The workshop will include background information on the selected local cheeses and advanced tips and tricks that you can use to create your board.
Included in the price of the ticket is the palm leaf board, a honey dipper, and all the ingredients–meats, cheeses, fruits, accoutrements, step-by-step instruction for the arrangement…PLUS any draft beer – and you get to keep the glass!
